Sometimes two is enough! The game of curling continues to evolve, and we are moving forward to make sure our curlers can experience the game in new and exciting ways. We’ve listened to feedback from our current curlers and have added new Tuesday and Wednesday morning Stick Curling leagues, and made a spot on our schedule Friday evenings for the city’s first Open Doubles League!
With doubles curling you get a fast-paced, high scoring variation on the game that is really taking off … and with only two curlers per team there’s less chance you’ll be chasing down last minute spares. If you’ve never experienced doubles curling, we’ll be happy to get you going, with a brief overview of the rules and optional on-ice support to help get started.
There’s no point in standing in line at the club when you can register and pay your fees online whenever you want. Go through our simple online form and pay using any credit card or your PayPal account. With our online registration, we’ve also simplified the process.
No more math and complex calculations – what you see is what you get! Our new pricing shows a base fee, Capital Improvement , and CURLSASK fees broken out with a total before taxes. We’ve also standardized fees across all of our leagues, so you can just pick the league that works best for your schedule, and upgraded the 2-night curling package to our new Unlimited Curling option – curl in as many of our club leagues as you like, for one low price!
We’ve also removed restrictions on our young adult pricing to qualify for all club leagues. Continue to learn the game with the laid-back atmosphere of our Tuesday night rec league, or take your skills to the next level with any of our club leagues. Young adults under 25 can get started for as little as $199 for half season registrations (before tax)!
Also included in your membership is free practice and 2 club bonspiels (6 games). That is a $100 value you get with your registration to the Tartan. And don’t forget all the fun times you will have which is…..PRICELESS
Heading south to escape a few months of winter? Not sure what your schedule is going to look like next semester? We understand that a six-month commitment to curling doesn’t fit everyone’s plans, so we’ve made it easier to play when you want. If you’re new to curling you can always come give it a try in the first half of the season, and odds are you’re going to want to come back for more!
